Common questions
How does Premium work?
Expand Premium is a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, purchased through Apple. It unlocks all topics, wallpapers, reminders sounds, widget customization, and icons. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I subscribed but Premium isn't showing.
Open Expand → Profile → the paywall, and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so this also brings Premium to a new phone.
Some topics are free one day and locked the next?
That's by design: 10 topics rotate free every day, so the free experience always has something new. Premium unlocks all of them permanently.
How do I add the widgets?
Home screen: long-press an empty spot → tap Edit → Add Widget → search "Expand". Lock screen: long-press the lock screen → Customize → tap the widget area. By default widgets mirror your in-app wallpaper and topics; long-press a widget → Edit Widget to give it its own.
Reminders aren't arriving.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Expand is allowed, and that Focus modes aren't silencing it. Then open the app once — schedules refresh every time Expand comes to the foreground.
Can I delete my data?
Everything lives on your device — deleting the app deletes your data. There's no account to close. Details in our privacy policy.
