Expand: Daily Affirmations is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

A few things worth stating plainly on top of it:

• Subscription. Expand Premium is an auto-renewing yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, billed by Apple to your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage it in your device's Subscriptions settings.
• Content. Affirmations and wallpapers in Expand are for your personal use within the app and in the share cards it creates.
• Not medical advice. Expand supports reflection and positive habits. It is not therapy or a medical product, and it doesn't replace professional care.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing here deprives you of the protections of your local law.
